The Tribunal currently has the power to inquire into issues referred to it by the Government and will, from time to time, call for submissions on various issues.

At this time the Tribunal is unable to consider applications from individuals wishing to appeal a decision of the Department of Defence (Defence Honours and Awards) regarding eligibility for a Defence honour or award. Guidance on how to apply for a review of a decision will be made available as soon as the Tribunal has the powers under legislation to review such decisions.
