Dr Jane Harte has many years of experience as a psychologist and organisational development consultant, including 20 years in the Australian Army Psychology Corps (Reserve). She has worked with some of Australia’s most senior leaders, as well as with middle-level managers in a variety of organisations in both the private and public sectors.

Dr Harte’s areas of expertise include systems assessment, performance management, leadership development, team development and evaluation. She has worked as a consultant with the Australian Defence Organisation and with multi-national mining companies in Indonesia; the higher education sectors in Australia, the UK and Ireland; the justice sector in Papua New Guinea and many health organisations in the area of rural and remote medical professional development.

In addition, Dr Harte holds a Teaching Fellowship with the University of Aberdeen School of Business in Scotland, where she teaches in the MBA program for several months a year.
